Everything in one place. Short answers; the legal pages have the fine print.
Get an invite code from Rabid Beaver’s channel or Discord. Then sign in with Google, enter the code, and link your ally code. A member on SWGOHaholic or higher can also let you in by gifting you a membership: accept their offer on your home page, or open the gift link they send you.
Yes. The site is in Google’s testing mode during the beta, so Google shows that notice. Choose Continue. We only ask Google for your name, email and profile picture.
Your Google email isn’t on the beta tester list yet. Email support@swgohscanner.com with the email you sign in with.
It’s the 9-digit code on your player profile in the game (tap your player icon top-left; the code is under your name). Every digit is 1-9, never a 0. Dashes are optional.
Someone else linked it first. If it’s yours, email support@swgohscanner.com and we’ll sort it out. Once you show us in the game that it’s yours, we take it off their account and it gets its free scan back for you.
Yes, with Swap code on its row on your home page (Your Scans). Each ally code on your account can be swapped once every 90 days, counted from when that code went in (the first swap waits too), and the row shows when its next swap opens. Going back to a code you had before is a swap too. The new code gets its free scan if it never had one; otherwise it comes in Waiting until you put a membership on it. You can’t remove a scanned code yourself, but a Waiting code can be removed any time.
Three calls on your roster: what to finish, what to farm, and what to leave alone. Rosters are reviewed based on Rabid Beaver’s Methodology, using your live game data.
While an ally code has a membership on it, you can refresh it yourself once a day from the scan page. Once a month, after the membership renews, we also pull it ourselves and keep a copy of what its scan said, to compare month to month. A code’s free scan is one pull, with no refreshes.
Usually about half a minute. The very first scan after a game update can take a few minutes. Leave the page open.
Tell us. Email support@swgohscanner.com with your ally code and the page you were on. Beta feedback is how the reviews get better.
No. Ever. We keep your Google sign-in (name, email, profile picture), your ally codes and what the game reports for them (your roster, and your guild's member list as the game reports it), what you tell us (interview answers, exclusions, seat choices, your Theo chats, any feedback, and the email or ally code you type to gift a membership), and a record of your access (invites, memberships and gifts, which ally codes used their free scan, your Patreon link), and the days you used the site with counts of what you did (kept 12 months). No ads and no cross-site tracking; we count page views and which scan buttons are used on our own server, without cookies. The privacy policy has the full list.
Your in-game name. Your Google email only if you tick the box when you gift it, so they know it’s you. You see only the email or ally code you typed to find them, never which of their codes they put it on, and neither of you sees the other’s scan unless it’s shared. Anyone who opens a gift link can accept it and will see the same, so send it in a private message and cancel it if it goes astray.
Only you, and anyone you share it with from your account page. They need their own account here, let in by an invite or a gift, to view it.
When we pull your roster, the game also returns your guild, and we store it as the game reports it: each member’s name, player ID, Galactic Power, level, rank, join date, last activity, Grand Arena results, guild contributions, raid scores, portrait and title. It is the same guild information any player sees in game; we just fetch it automatically. Up to once a week (once a day for some guilds) we also read your guildmates’ rosters by player ID to count who is ready for the Cal Kestis, Bo-Katan and Reva missions in Rise of the Empire. We keep only a short record per member (name, Galactic Power, rank, and ready or what’s missing for each mission), never their roster or ally code. You see your guild’s counts; your guild’s officers with a scan here also see who is ready, and the one farm your scan says to do next, which you can hide. Officers also see each member’s last raid score from the guild information, and can open your scan only if you turn that on under your ally code on Your Scans. We delete a guild’s reads after 90 days, except the latest. We also use the guild list for guild cover (Guild Benefactor and Guild Sugar Daddy).
A guildmate scanned their roster, and the game reports the whole guild with it. As part of their scan we hold the guild information the game shows about you: name, player ID, Galactic Power, rank, activity, Grand Arena and raid results, portrait and title. We also read your roster by player ID now and then to see whether you are ready for three Territory Battle missions (and whether you own Third Sister), and keep only that answer, never your roster or ally code. Email privacy@swgohscanner.com with your in-game name and player ID (we don’t hold your ally code) to see what we hold or have it removed; once removed, we never read your roster again, even in another guild. If someone scanned your own ally code, send that instead. The privacy policy covers this in §3.
Your guild’s officers and leader can set a guild farm (one of the Cal Kestis, Bo-Katan or Reva missions) and a raid score goal, and can assign you a unit to raise or a mission. If your scan is active here, the guild farm shows on your farming path tagged Guild goal and an assignment tagged Assigned by your guild; you can turn the goal down, dismiss an assignment or move it, and your officers see that you declined it or where you moved it. Officers can also keep assignment notes about guildmates who aren’t on SWGOH Scanner; we store those for the officers only, and the guildmate can email privacy@swgohscanner.com to have them removed.
From real Kyber players’ rosters: the top Kyber leaderboards, the biggest guilds, and players who scan with us. We only count accounts in Kyber with 10M+ GP. Each player’s relic levels are kept under a scrambled ID — no names, no ally codes — for at most 90 days; only the combined percentages are kept longer. Want out? Email privacy@swgohscanner.com and we’ll delete your entry. The privacy policy covers this in §3.
Use Your data on your account page to email a deletion request. We delete it within 30 days, and backup copies are gone within 30 days after that. We keep only the record that your ally codes used their free scan, so it can’t be taken twice.
Your First Time Scan is free, with an invite code: one pull of your roster, two exclusions and a few questions to Theo, with no refreshes. Each ally code gets one free scan, whichever account adds it. Invited beta testers stay free; everyone else joins on Patreon. A membership on Patreon keeps a code fresh: see the tiers.
It makes one ally code live: refreshable once a day, pulled once a month after it renews so we can compare month to month, with its own weekly Theo allowance. You put it on a code with Activate on your home page, and it stays on that code for 90 days before it can move. Each Patreon tier gives a number of memberships; a code without one stays readable but frozen. See the tiers.
Two Patreon tiers cover your whole in-game guild. Every guildmate who links their ally code here gets a live scan, refreshed like a membership, and Theo’s first look, without needing a membership of their own. Guild Benefactor also gives every covered guildmate Theo’s chat. Guild Sugar Daddy covers the same scans and first looks, but Theo’s chat stays with you, the one who pays, on your own codes; covered guildmates get the same few free questions as a free scan, and a guildmate who has their own membership keeps their chat. Both tiers also give you 3 memberships for your own codes, and you can gift them. Someone who joins the guild after you start waits for your next payment before they get Theo and exclusions; their scan works straight away.
Yes, on SWGOHaholic, Friends With Benefits, Guild Sugar Daddy or Guild Benefactor: use Gift one on your home page. Find your friend by their Google email (typed twice) or their ally code, and they accept or decline it on their own home page. If they aren’t here yet, make a gift link instead. Your 90 days start when they accept, and you can cancel for free until then. Each gift has one free swap inside its 90 days, to someone else or onto one of your own codes. The terms (§6) have the details.
